Before joining Farrell's, I had gained close to 25 lbs. I had no energy and no motivation to do anything. I knew it was time for a change! I am not a gym girl; in fact six months ago I would have told you that I wasn't an exercise girl. I've tried several local gyms and diet after diet after diet. None of the programs lasted more than a few weeks and none of the diets more than a few days. That was until I found Farrell's.
